Both Domestic and Commercial EPCs are valid for 10 years from the date of production. The documents we provide are compliant with regulations for both rental and sale of properties, and in the case of SAP and BRUKL surveys, with the requirements of building control. It is a mandatory requirement for all domestic and commercial properties in Port Glasgow and across the UK to have an EPC before they are marketed for sale or, in the case of rental property, before any prospective tenants are shown round.

Display Energy Certificate (DEC) Port Glasgow

Larger public buildings over 250m² in Port Glasgow and across the UK are required to have a DEC on display in a public place. Any dwelling that has been newly built, or newly created through a change of use or conversion, requires a SAP EPC to demonstrate compliance with Part L of the UK Building Regulations.

Easy EPC has been providing Energy Performance Certificates since 2007, and is owned and run by a team of highly experienced and fully qualified energy assessors. Visit our About Us page for more information.

We do not take payment upfront for any of our services, except SAP Calculations. We provide you with a quote, come and carry out the site visit, calculate the report then send you an invoice. On payment of the invoice the report is sent straight to you.

We accept payment by credit/debit card, or bank transfer.

We are always more than happy to talk you through any of the technical aspects of your survey and how the results were calculated, in as much detail as you require.
