This is usually a requirement when a building has to meet stricter energy efficiency targets set by the council. This is not a UK wide requirement but is instead set on a local authority level.

We will arrange an appointment with you, carry out the survey, and once completed send you an invoice.
As soon as we receive payment of the invoice, we will email your Energy Statement. We also offer corporate accounts, with survey delivery on completion and monthly billing.
The report includes a breakdown of the property’s SAP calculations and is ready to be included in your planning permission application.

All Energy Statements are completed by our inhouse team of new build consultants. Our team is fully trained and exceptionally experienced in new build calculations.
