Both Domestic and Commercial EPCs are valid for 10 years from the date of production. The documents we provide are compliant with regulations for both rental and sale of properties, and in the case of SAP and BRUKL surveys, with the requirements of building control. It is a mandatory requirement for all domestic and commercial properties in Troon and across the UK to have an EPC before they are marketed for sale or, in the case of rental property, before any prospective tenants are shown round.

SBEM Calcs and BRUKL Report Troon

SBEM Calculations and the resulting BRUKL report are required for all commercial new builds in the UK, in order to gain Building Control sign off. This report proves compliance with UK Building Regulations (Part L2a). Commercial buildings in the UK that are undergoing conversion or extension may also be required to have SBEM calculations and a BRUKL report, to prove compliance with UK Building Regulations (Part L2b).
